Due to the limitation of all our products, we cannot replace any lost or damaged products. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Once the package is dropped off for shipping we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you have a PO Box you cannot checkout with UPS options. We cannot see more on your tracking than you, we ask if your package becomes slowed just to be patient or to please call your local USPS for more information.
